For Global Brand's Headquarters

  • 1. Requirements Discovery

An Inkcups Salesperson will work with your company to understand your production volumes and requirements (colors, wash/abrasion resistance etc.) and prepare an ROI analysis.

People in the following departments/roles in your company may have a stake in Tagless and want to specify their requirements:

    • Packaging
    • Engineering
    • Trims Manager
    • Supply Chain
    • R&D
    • Marketing
  • 2. Presentation of Tagless ROI

An Inkcups Salesperson will present our tagless t-shirts solution and its ROI for your business.

A quotation is sent to decision makers.

  • 3. Sample Creation & Testing

Inkcups Technicians print tagless t-shirt samples, test them and adjust the artwork and/or printing process until the samples meet/exceed your requirements. Then we send physical samples to you for your own testing procedures.

You will need to give/mail to Inkcups*:

    • Your original parts
    • Your graphics file(s) and color information

*Note: we are able to re-create your logos and colors and print them on parts similar to yours, but this will make the sampling phase longer, possibly several times longer. In our experience with larger companies, the key decision-makers usually end up requesting samples made with their own parts and graphics.

  • 4. Compliance Approval

If needed, Inkcups works with your Compliance and/or Marketing Departments to make sure they have all the necessary compliance documents regarding our products.

  • 5. Official Approval of Tagless & Inkcups

If your company uses Contractors for manufacturing, you will need to:

    • Add Inkcups’ products to your Bill of Material (BOM),
    • Put us in contact with decision-makers at your major Contractors.
